NVCommercial’s mission, along with its affiliate, NVRetail, has been to develop or purchase, own and operate commercial income-producing properties for investment. Offices are located in Northern Virginia. Primary focus has been on suburban office and shopping center properties in the rapidly expanding Arlington to Dulles corridor with a focus on Tysons Corner; however, projects have included several mixed-use properties, two Marriott Courtyard hotels and three industrial parks. Combined current and past projects have comprised over 4.0 million square feet of space in the Washington and Denver metropolitan areas.

Projects since 2004 have included the assemblage of property for a ~ 1.0 million square foot mixed use development at a new Metro Station in Tysons Corner, development of a residential condominium on Connecticut Avenue in D.C., the acquisition of three office buildings in Denver and one in McLean, Virginia, the initial development of a retail “town center” in Loudoun County, Virginia, partnerships with others in two office condominiums, and one 400,000 square foot industrial park condominium.
