Tysons Central 7 is being planned as a mixed use project consisting of office, hotel, retail and residential components totaling approximately one million sf and is located directly adjacent to the new Metro Station on Route 7 in the center of Tysons Corner. The project is anticipated to break ground in 2013 or 2014 once the Silver Line of Metro is operational.
